Airports in Dubai
Cruise Terminals
Dubai's cruise terminal at Mina Rashid is one of the leading cruise ports in the world. Offering flat and paved surfaces for wheelchairs and people using mobility aids, there are also accessible toilets at the cruise terminal. In terms of public transport, there are accessible city transport buses and mini vans that can accommodate up to two wheelchairs. In addition, you can reserve the 'People of Determination Taxi' via the app or by calling the toll-free number: +971 4 800 88088.

The hotel landscape in Dubai is very broad with plenty of choices for everyone. All of Dubai’s hotels welcome people of determination while continually enhancing their offerings and services. Metro
As one of the most advanced rail systems in the world, the Dubai Metro is a convenient option to travel throughout the city. People of determination will find lift access available on all metro station levels, and dedicated spaces for wheelchair users on all trains. There is also contrasting tactile guidance for the visually impaired, and platform alerts such as audible beeps when doors open and close, as well as corresponding flashing light signals.
Taxi
Dubai Water Taxi
Another transportation choice is the Dubai Water Taxi and Dubai Ferry, which travels between Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Water Canal and the Dubai Creek offering beautiful views of the city’s coastline. Both types of boats are equipped with appropriate ramps and can accommodate between 2-3 wheelchairs at the same time. There is also assistance available at all marine stations to help people of determination enter and exit the vessels.
