Al Seef is located along a 1.8km stretch of Dubai Creek and measures 2.5 million square feet in total. The development comprises two sections – a heritage area featuring old architecture, and a second space featuring more contemporary structures.

Al Seef opened to the public in December 2017. The waterfront promenade is located along Dubai Creek, offering a mix of traditional and modern elements, including shops, restaurants, cafes and cultural attractions. It aims to showcase the heritage and culture of Dubai, while providing a vibrant and contemporary experience for visitors.
