Nikki Beach Dubai
One of Dubai's hottest places to see and be seen in, Nikki Beach is a sun-seeker's dream come true. The Dubai outpost of the world-famous beach club sits beside Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai, home to uninterrupted views of the Arabian Gulf from its Pearl Jumeira location. Experience a roster of fashion shows and themed parties that are the talk of the town. SAL’s menu boasts fresh fish and seafood dishes inspired by the Iberian Peninsula in Spain and Portugal. One of the most popular dishes is the restaurant’s catch of the day, served baked in sea salt and unveiled with a flourish. Why not try the wild crab while you’re there, or choose the prawns in roasted tomato sauce?
WHITE Beach Dubai
WHITE Beach makes a great spot to unwind under crisp blue skies, and its accompanying restaurant is worth checking out too. A sunshine-filled spot that will brighten your day, Twiggy by La Cantine is a refreshing beach club and restaurant at Park Hyatt Dubai. Dine by the 100m-long infinity pool, which has its own menu complete with small plates such as poke bowls, lobster rolls, sushi and caviar, or swap the sun beds for a table on the terrace because the a la carte menu is more than worth it, filled with delectable Mediterranean dishes. Start with the wagyu beef carpaccio, burrata pizza with truffle and marinated salmon with zingy yuzu, before delving into the many sushi choices.
AURA Skypool
Bask under open skies like never before at AURA Skypool. As the world’s first and highest 360-degree infinity pool, the elegant destination evokes an ‘oasis in the sky’ feel thanks to its nature-inspired décor. The air-conditioned restaurant takes centrestage, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows to drink in the view. The menu, curated by chef Craig Best, features sharing-style dishes with a focus on pan-Asian flavours.

Combining contemporary luxury with a minimalist Japanese aesthetic, Nobu by the Beach is acclaimed chef Nobu Matsuhisa's first beach club. Situated in the magnificent Atlantis The Royal, this exclusive destination features an expansive lagoon pool and a signature Nobu restaurant, complete with an outdoor terrace. The menu showcases the eatery's renowned fusion of Peruvian and Japanese cuisine, now with a beach-inspired twist. Diners can also take in the live robatayaki counter, witness the fresh fish and meat display, and savour everything from maki and ceviche to Nobu’s famous black cod.
SĀN Beach
Situated within The Club at Palm West Beach, SĀN Beach oozes luxury. From the Maldives-imported sand to premium sun loungers and marble pool bar, guests are in for a treat at this chic location on Palm Jumeirah. Inside the restaurant, marble archways lead to a minimalist open plan space, with a large open kitchen serving fresh fish from the counter. Other dishes include various types of sushi, steaks, seafood risotto, beef short ribs and lamb chops.
