Dubai’s beaches are an excellent spot to ring in the New Year. Free to access, Kite Beach is ideal for a fun-filled picnic with views of Burj Al Arab. Get there early to catch the sunset before settling in for the night. If you prefer a little entertainment leading up to the countdown, make your way to The Beach opposite Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR). This hip urban beach precinct features an array of restaurants with sea views, ideal for a sparkling New Year's night.

Count down to midnight with live DJ beats, while you tuck into an array of dishes by some of the city's best chefs. The venue also hosts entertainment like roaming acts, stilt walkers, a 360-degree photo booth, magicians and contortionists every year. Tickets start from AED1,000, so book now.
Head to the desert with Sonara Camp
Could there be a more quintessentially Dubai experience than spending New Year's Eve surrounded by undulating sand dunes? The luxurious Sonara Camp will be hosting a glamorous affair at its fairy-lit, all-white location complete with a gourmet dinner by head chef Gregory Khellouf, a live band, fire shows and plenty of family-friendly fun. This year, Sonara is promising to reveal even more additional thrills on the night, so it's worth splashing out on this celebrity favourite. Packages are priced at AED770 for kids and AED1,350 per adult.
Join the free festivities at Burj Park
Book a front-row seat in the heart of the action with Burj Park's complimentary New Year's Eve experience. Tickets to secure your exclusive place in the park are on sale now on Platinumlist, from AED370 for little ones from ages five to 12 and AED580 for everyone over 12 years old. Children below five years old can enter for free but need to have a ticket. Entry will only be given to badge holders, who will collect their badges a few days prior to New Year's Eve. In addition to the fireworks and lights show, attendees will also enjoy F&B and live entertainment leading up to the celebrations.
