Here, you'll get a chance to understand how connectivity has helped humanity make giant leaps toward new horizons through the ages, and see how far the country has come in terms of its progress across fields – from logistics to aviation and even space exploration. 

What can you do at Alif?

Take a deep dive into the nation's history with thought-provoking exhibits that feature realistic-looking nine-metre-tall figures from the golden age of Arab civilisation. You can also step onto the world's largest elevating platform and journey through a reimagining of ninth-century Baghdad. 

Prefer to venture further ahead on the world's timeline? Ride an autonomous vehicle into 'the future', where you'll witness how cutting-edge mobility technologies are being used to transform lives. Visitors can find information on the latest space research too, including insights into the Emirates Mars Mission and the UAE National Space Programme.

There are several immersive experiences for learners of all age groups at Alif, all sure to spark curiosity and amazement. Tickets are available on the Expo City Dubai website and cost AED50 per person for the whole day; people of determination and children below the age of 12 can enjoy free entry.
