Festival Plaza

From Swedish furniture to fresh produce, Festival Plaza provides a wide variety of shopping experiences. Located along Sheikh Zayed Road, close to Jebel Ali Equestrian Club and Ibn Battuta Mall, the retail and leisure destination is a key element of the new Dubai South district.

There are more than 120 shops in total, as well as a 500-seat food court and over 40 dining options, including Sumo Sushi, Peppermill and Keventers – a milkshake brand from India that dates back to 1889.

Fun things to do at Festival Plaza

Famous for Dubai's second branch of IKEA – the largest in the UAE – shoppers are also drawn to popular stores, such as Marks & Spencer, Lulu Hypermarket, Mumuso and Toys R Us. Other features include a community garden with workshops for plant enthusiasts.

In 2021, the mall also launched a community book club – free to join, the monthly meetup offers special sessions and discounts for members.
