What started off as a personal passion project for Nguyen, who noticed no one was serving dishes from her native country, has blossomed into a thriving business. The restaurant now includes six branches, including Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Nakheel Mall, Creek Harbour, Downtown Dubai, Dubai Hills Mall and Damac Mall.

All the dishes are delicious with this foodie favourite also serving up zesty salads and fresh summer rolls. The views at its JLT outpost, overlooking the district's lakes, adds to the allure. If you're shopping at Dubai Mall, seek out their sister branch on Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard with views of the Burj Khalifa.
