Many of the dishes are a modern take on brasserie-style classics, along with a huge variety of decadent desserts. Signature plates include the za’atar salmon and caviar – accompanied by shallot potato cake, pickled onion and cucumber yogurt, while Michael Mina’s tuna tartare is topped with pine nuts, garlic, mint and sesame-habanero oil.
