Jaddaf Waterfront
Spanning three million square metres along Dubai Creek, the upcoming Jaddaf Waterfront project features a harbour, cultural and exhibition centres and a dockside development. There are different neighbourhood components, including a residential district, commercial district and shopping district – all aimed towards putting a stronger focus on cultural activities.
Visitors will find plenty of institutions promoting education, music, dance, pottery, crafts and more. The destination will also house the first-ever arts and sculpture park – Jaddaf Waterfront Sculpture Park. There are also several projects in this district, including the Manazel Al Khor, Palazzo Versace Dubai and D1 tower.

The projects are connected to one other through climate-controlled walkways with a retail promenade that stretches 6km along Jaddaf Waterfront. Although Manazel Al Khor is still under construction, Palazzo Versace Dubai and D1 are fully operating.
Dubai is home to the second-ever Palazzo Versace hotel – the first one being in Queensland, Australia. The D1 tower is a sibling of the famous Q1 building, also located on the Gold Coast in Queensland.
