The entire production is in full view through the shop's glass windows, taking you through every intricate detail, from roasting the cocoa beans to hand wrapping each bar.

Using granite wheels, the roasted beans are ground for days on end, reducing the molecule size to guarantee a creamy and smooth blend of chocolate at the final process – without additives, or excess milk. The ingredients are diverse in origin and flavour, some belonging to the spice route, that transported goods from Europe to Asia hundreds of years ago.
