SALT
A food truck turned burger restaurant, SALT is all about serving great food and fostering community. After gaining a loyal crowd of customers – or SALTERS as they prefer to be called – at its first location on Kite Beach, the brand quickly expanded to other popular spots and even ventured beyond the city.
Strong on values, SALT often reiterates its commitment to quality ingredients, sourcing locally, using sustainable products where possible, supporting small businesses, enjoying nature and crafting social experiences around food, art and music.

The main section of the original joint is air-conditioned and there's also a large outdoor seating area with sand-covered floors and large parasols. The concise burger menu offers three burgers: two comprising of wagyu beef and one chicken, sitting between a butter bun. Of course, fries are offered alongside your choice with the option to add cheese and jalapenos. The American diner-inspired drinks list is fun but the 'gram-worthy soft serve is even more so.
Named after the simple (yet crucial) seasoning, SALT attracts people who want to soak up the moment and have a delicious time by the beach. This homegrown venue by two female restauranteurs has built a cult following for a reason. 'More than a food truck', SALT is a firm favourite on Dubai's foodie scene. It also operates a seasonal pop-up called SALT CAMP and offers a collection of casualwear, available for online orders – a testament to the brand's enduring popularity.
